Roger Wegh

Roger guides executive teams, CIOs, and CFOs in turning technology and data into results. From strategy and IT due diligence to program management. As co-founder of adaptiQ, he is personally involved in every engagement, from first conversation to final delivery.

With an MSc in Business Administration and extensive experience in advisory and management roles, Roger combines strategic insight with practical execution capability in complex, multidisciplinary environments.

Mark Dumay

Mark helps CFOs and CIOs turn data, analytics, and AI into results: from data strategy and target design to transformation programs, so leaders can steer by what counts.

With over 20 years of experience in telecom, utilities, and wholesale, he connects technical depth to the strategic and financial choices that truly matter. Mark holds an MSc in Computer Science and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
